Analysis of the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance at PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk
Abstract
This paper aims to determine the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance at PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. The principle of good corporate governance included transparency, accountability, responsibility, fairness, and independency. Data collection method in this research is questionnaires and collecting archives and documents. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis method by using instrument quantitative research test (validity and reliability). The results in this study show that, in general, the principles of good corporate governance have been applied properly in order to protect the interests of companies and shareholders. The analysis of responses shows that the principle of responsibility, fairness, and independency has been applied properly, but still to be improved in several factors. The principle of transparency and accountability has been implemented very well.Downloads
